I had a slight issue with shipping. After a brief interaction on messenger, they had it sent out the next day (literally received the product the next day), with an additional handle. The team was professional and instantly resolved any issues. Great customer service. The product itself (GT SE) is incredible, the best escooter I've ever had.

Been using this scooter for a while now, I chose the E-TWOW GT as it was the most portable I could find and the lightest with enough power to get my over 100kg up hills. it has not disappointed. I folds very well, the handles also fold which makes an overall much smaller and compact carry - important if taking on the bus or into the office. it is also the only model I have found that you can buy a custom made carry bag that even has wheels. A compact and neat bag may not seem important to most but i ride the scooter to the office, put the scooter in the bag and it sits under my desk, its that compact. Overall very happy with this scooter.

I bought my scooter a year or 2 back and have really enjoyed riding it. It’s lightweight so I can take it on the train to commute to work. It accelerates quickly and has a decent to speed of 35kph. The Speedo reads 40kph so improved accuracy would be nice to see. It’s had a couple of crashes and the folding axle handlebar twisted in the frame and stopped locking into place. I could order the part from the website and with some effort could replace it myself. I managed to destroy the circuit board by jamming it back into the case the wrong way and David was great to send me a free replacement and fitting videos. All fixed now so back in action again.

After doing some research, I found this scooter looked the best for me to get around where I live. Since it has arrived, I have not been disappointed! This scooter is perfect for me getting from A to B, and is very lightweight and easy to carry around with the handle. Jason & David were a pleasure to deal with, great stuff fellas! Cheers, Ben

David dropped off my new e-twow scooter last night. I can t be happier with it. He gave me some great info on how to get started and I'm up and running. The scooter is lightweight and very easy to handle.. Thank you David for your excellent customer service and speedy delivery.

I recently bought a GT Scooter off David and the team.The ScooterThe scooter performs well. When restrictions are removed from it (via it's app), it can hit ~35km/h on flats with my 91kg aboard. It folds for easy carrying, has a bike light integrated into it and feels reasonably stable. Like all E-scooters it slows down when going up hills (The slowest it has gotten to is ~15km/h on a steep hill).The ServiceDavid was quick to reply to emails and worked hard to make the experience as smooth as possible.The DeliveryDavid provided Pack n Send with a well labelled package shortly after I ordered. Unfortunately Pack N Send contracted FastTrack to deliver the package to me. FastTrack lost the package lead to a quite late delivery for me. Talking to both FastTrack and Pack n Send I believe this was in part due to the Brisbane flooding that occurred and not a common occurrence. David was responsive throughout this ordeal and helped me put pressure on FastTrack to get my package delivered.
