As a fulltime live in carer of my elderly mother, lots of things happen that can overwhelm you and leave you quite distressed. I had another situation happen late Friday afternoon where my mothers hospital bed" malfunctioned. What am I going to do til next week I cried?I rang Calibre Care - and the people I spoke to were so understanding/caring - and helpful offering to come that Saturday morning AND they did! Julian went above and beyond. Brought a replacement bed

Still waiting for my quote on repairs, but they havent got back to me for 2 days. Causing anxiety and high blood pressure. Dont know how much longer I have to wait, they dont tell me. It was 5 days, and they were trying g to keep it over the weekend. A tube and bearings in 1 tyre, and a service...they polished it up a bit too....5 days?

Not good. Waiting on chair swap. Been waiting 3 months now. They have now been in touch with me, and are going to swap the chair. They have been good to us before bad have now done so again. Thank you, Calibre Care.

Vast amount of options available. NDIS Registered too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to hire a wheelchair without any issues. Well worth a visit.

The staff member was very polite and helpful, he was greatfull with me mentioning that he should update medical felicitys about aids that help the injured people, like me a needed crutches to assist me to walk. Advertise more of their business.

A really great sales experience with Calibre Care of Cockburn Road, Albany. I have used three previous Mobility Scooters in the past but the Shoprider Rocky 8 is by far the best I have ever owned and purchased from Julian at Calibre Care. It is very technologicaly advanced with a great range between battery charges. I can thoroughly recommend the product and the local Albany supplier. A really great purchasing experience. thanks to all the staff at Calibre Care.
